Shipping policy

We process and ship orders placed on our website from the United States.
Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
We aim to ship orders within two operational days in line with marketplace expectations (unless a longer lag time applies at the item level).
Shipping destinations
We currently ship to the contiguous United States.
Carriers & tracking
We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on destination and package size. A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.
Delivery estimates
Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after shipment depending on location and carrier performance.
Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it after the customer covers additional shipping costs.
Lost / undeliverable packages
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive the package, contact us within 7 days so we can assist with a carrier trace and next steps.
