SIMDORA LLC accepts return requests for eligible items within 30 days after delivery.
To start a return, please contact us at info@simdora.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions within 24–48 business hours.
Returned items should be unused, clean, and returned with the original packaging, accessories, manuals, and all included parts whenever possible.
For damaged, defective, incorrect, or order-related issues caused by our fulfillment process, SIMDORA LLC will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or prepaid return label when applicable.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Approved refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

SIMDORA LLC ships orders within the contiguous United States.
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
After an order is processed, estimated delivery time is usually 3–7 business days depending on the destination, carrier performance, and operational conditions.
We use reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other qualified logistics providers. Once an order ships, tracking information will be sent to the customer by email. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, our support team will contact the customer to determine the next available resolution based on the order status, carrier records, and customer communication.
If tracking shows “delivered” but the package was not received, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan at info@simdora.com. We will review the tracking details, assist with a carrier trace when applicable, and determine the appropriate next steps.
